At about 9pm my manager got a call from JWOWW's (Jenni Farley) manager saying that she wanted to come in that night with her boyfriend Roger. (We all know Roger if you watch the show, aka, "juicehead", fauxhawk, tatted, etc.. ) We have a lot of celebrities call saying that they will come in but most never make it, however, she showed up.
After the club was packed, she shows up at about 11:30 and we set her up with a table to herself, free bottles of whatever she wanted, and a service girl all to her own. I said hi to her, shook her hand, and returned to my duties of pouring a million vodka-sodas and captain and cokes for the wonderful patrons. I will include a pic of her, just so you can see what GTL really does for a girl.
She's really pretty, huh? And Roger, those headphones are going to really do a lot for ya, buddy. Anyways, the guy on the left was our guest DJ for the night, he did a great job, and will not be subject to my ridicule of the night.
So, JWOWW stayed for about a total of one hour. She sat at our most private table, did not talk to anyone, and looked like she was miserable the entire time. So, around 12:30 my bottle service girl, L, (I will be using letters to refer to my co-workers until I okay this blog with them..) come up to me behind the bar and was PISSED. Apparently, Miss WOWW was rude, drank the entire bottle of vodka that we gave her extremely fast, and left, WITHOUT TIPPING.
I know that sometimes our VIP guests get used to getting everything "comped" (aka, given to them for free) when they come to see us. However, that doesn't meant that they can't tip their servers! JWOWW makes about 100K an episode of Jersey Shore. She couldn't have thrown L a hundred?
Well, that was my pet peeve of the day. Reality show "stars"who have a ton of cash, are miserable and rude, and leave without tipping. Comment, react, whatever.
